Security

Inspire Communication, LLC d.b.a. Signera (“Signera” or the “Company”) is committed to protecting your information and systems. Signera reserves the right to modify its security policies in its reasonable discretion from time to time.

This Security Statement describes Signera’s basic security practices.

Our systems are used in military, government and other sensitive environments. Because the Signera system pulls information rather than pushes, a standard HTTP/HTTPS outbound access is all that is needed. This leaves your network secure. Our cloud servers are SOC 1, ISO 27001, PCI DSS Level 1, ISO 9001, and DoD CSM certified. All your content is sent and received through a password protected and encrypted, via SSL, HTTPS connection. You are safe with Signera.

Signera provides each User in your organization with a unique user name and password that must be entered each time a User logs on. Signera issues a session “cookie” only to record encrypted authentication information for the duration of a specific session. The session “cookie” does not include either the user-name or password of the user. Signera does not use “cookies” to store other confidential user and session information, but instead implements more advanced security methods based on dynamic data and encoded session IDs.
